SABC, renamed Société Anonyme des Boissons du Cameroun in late 2022, is the country's dominant brewer, a subsidiary of the French Castel group listed on Euronext Paris. It is fully absorbing Guinness Cameroun (a former Diageo subsidiary acquired in 2022-2023), which will cease to exist as a separate company on 31 December 2026.
