Camrail has held Cameroon's sole rail concession since 1999, running the Douala-Yaoundé-Ngaoundéré line. Its ownership has shifted substantially: after MSC's acquisition of Bolloré Africa Logistics in late 2022, an April 2026 recapitalisation raised Camalco's (linked to the Minim-Martap bauxite project) stake to 26.9%, alongside SCCF (51%) and the Cameroonian State (15.07%).
