Chococam is Cameroon's principal chocolate and confectionery manufacturer, created with backing from the Cacao Barry group and the State (via SNI), then brought under South African group Tiger Brands' control in 2008. Tiger Brands has agreed to sell its 74.69% controlling stake to Minkama Capital, backed by Cameroonian bank BGFIBank.
