Dibamba Power Development Company
Former names : Centrale thermique de Yassa-Dibamba, DPDC
DPDC operates the Yassa-Dibamba heavy-fuel-oil thermal power plant in Douala, inaugurated in December 2009, whose output is sold to Eneo. Like sister company KPDC, it is 56% owned by Globeleq and 44% by the Cameroonian State, and was hit in 2026 by a serious financial crisis linked to a tax dispute affecting the Globeleq group.
