MAGZI is the state agency that develops and manages Cameroon's industrial zones, leasing developed and undeveloped land to operators in Douala, Yaoundé and several regional towns. Financially healthier than many Cameroonian state enterprises, it plans a major expansion of its site portfolio by 2035.
