Douala port modernisation (Quai 17 and bulk terminal)
Port Autonome de Douala is running two parallel expansions at Bonabéri: a container-terminal extension ("Quai 17", with French group Negri, adding 250 linear metres of quay and 7.9 ha of yard), launched on 11 July 2025, and a new bulk/mixed- cargo terminal on the Wouri's right bank (900 linear metres of quay, three berths, 36 ha of yard), which broke ground on 25 July 2025.
