Douala-Yaoundé motorway
A toll expressway linking Cameroon's two largest cities, built in two phases by Chinese firm CFHEC. Phase 1 (Yaoundé-Bibodi, about 60 km) has carried traffic since 31 December 2021. Phase 2 (Bibodi-Douala, 141 km), officially relaunched on 24 March 2026, is under active construction near Pouma; completion is reported as 2028 by some sources and 2031 by others.
