National Police recruitment competition
The National Police recruitment competition opens the way into its different ranks (commissioners, officers, inspectors, peace officers), through the direct or special entry route. It is run by the General Delegation for National Security, with separate written papers for each rank.

- Age and diploma requirements vary by rank sought, from BEPC or CAP level for peace officers up to a bachelor’s degree for direct-entry police commissioners.

- Registration is done online on the DGSN’s website, after which the complete file is filed at the National Police College in Yaoundé or at the regional delegations for national security.
