Primary Studies Certificate

The Certificat d’Études Primaires (CEP) closes out primary school in the francophone subsystem. Pupils in their final primary year (CM2) sit it at the end of the school year, and passing it is required before moving on to secondary school.

The exam is open to pupils regularly enrolled in the final primary-school year (CM2) at a public or approved private school in the francophone subsystem.
